Outside of real estate, I enjoy watching sports (hockey, basketball, football, baseball) preferably in person, as well as hiking, backpacking, and playing sports like golf, bowling, and pickleball. I also love to paint, draw, and spend quality time with my pets.

For buyers, I advise you to "know your buying power"—speak with a lender even if you're not ready to buy, as it sets you up for success in the future. For sellers, remember that "staging sells houses." Removing personal effects lets buyers see themselves in the space, and a decluttered home is far more attractive for showings and photos.
